We are also passionate about growing the best grapes. Our pruning and green harvest is heavy. At harvest, each bunch is again inspected for quality. The last vintage was selected five tons of grapes out of eight tons harvested. In 2014 the sun and rain and low temperatures produced grapes below our quality standards so we will not produce a vintage for this year.

We are a small vineyard by choice. Throughout the year we are able to manage our grapes vine by vine. We use organic and biodynamic teas, mixtures and sprays. There is a cover crop between the rows and extra space between each plant for increase sunlight and air.
